COLLEGE OF HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES
The College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CoHSS) International Excellence Scholarship is for top achieving new international students enrolling in full-time undergraduate and postgraduate CoHSS programmes at any of the Massey University campuses.
Each scholarship will be awarded annually to the value of NZD 5,000 for each 120 credits of study undertaken, for up to the total credit value of the programme:
- Undergraduate programme: maximum of NZD 20,000 (480 credits)
- Postgraduate programme: maximum of NZD 10,000 (240 credits)
Students must maintain a Grade Point Average of B (undergraduate) and B+ (postgraduate) in each semester, to continue receiving the award in subsequent semesters.
Students will need to have at least a Conditional Offer of Place in an approved undergraduate or postgraduate programme (excluding Doctoral) in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences in order to be awarded the Scholarship.
Scholarship Application deadline:
1st December 2018: For programmes starting Semester 1 2019
University of Canterbury, Christchurch
UC College of Engineering International Scholarship:
NZ$15,000 for undergraduate students per annum for 2 years
Scholarship Application deadline:
- 15 August 2018 (for those who will be first enrolling for the following Semester 1 2019)
- 1 March 2019 (for those who will be first enrolling for the following Semester 2 2019 or for Summer School 2019)
UC International First Year Scholarship:
NZ$10,000-NZ$20,000 for Undergraduate students for one Year
Scholarship Application deadline:
15 August 2018: For programmes starting Semester 1 2019
